Can I bring my own food?
Yes! You are welcome to bring your own food or hire the licensed caterer of your choice.
Can I bring my own alcohol?
Yes! You may bring your own beer, wine, champagne, and liquor. There is no corkage fee.
How much is the down payment to reserve my date?
A $1,000 down payment is required to reserve your event date. Your reservation is confirmed once the contract is signed and the down payment is received.
How can I pay the remaining balance?
You can pay the remaining balance in monthly payments leading up to your event. The final balance is due before your event date as stated in your contract.
What is included with my booking?
Our packages include the event hall, VIP Room, tables, chairs, setup, cleanup, bartenders, servers, security personnel, an on-site event manager, and much more. Please see our "What's Included" page for complete details.
How many guests can Chic Venue accommodate?
Chic Venue comfortably accommodates up to 200 guests.
What types of events do you host?
We host weddings, Quinceañeras, Sweet 16s, birthdays, anniversaries, graduation parties, corporate events, holiday parties, receptions, and many other private events.
Is the venue private?
Yes. When you book Chic Venue, the venue is reserved exclusively for your event. We never host multiple events at the same time.
Do you have free parking?
Yes. Complimentary on-site parking is available for all of your guests.
Can I decorate the venue?
Yes! You're welcome to decorate the venue to match your event theme. Please follow our decoration guidelines.
Can I use my own vendors?
Yes. You may use your own licensed vendors, including DJs, photographers, decorators, and caterers, subject to venue policies.
Do I need to use your caterer?
No. You may bring your own food or hire the caterer of your choice.
Are bartenders included?
Yes. Professional bartenders are included with our event packages.
Are servers included?
Yes. Professional servers are included with our event packages.
Is security included?
Yes. Security personnel are included with our event packages when required.
Is an event manager included?
Yes. An experienced event manager will be on-site during your event.

How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible because popular dates—especially Saturdays, weddings, and Quinceañeras—fill up quickly.
